HUMAN INTERVENTION_
Isaac Quainoo, Principal Designer
I'm Isaac Quainoo, the Principal Designer at Human Intervention, where I focus on high-stakes software, and products that require careful design decisions because mistakes can be costly. This includes financial platforms, compliance systems, operational tools, and complex B2B software. In this field, clarity is crucial, users can't afford confusion, and businesses can't risk poor design.
Before venturing into design, I worked in finance and witnessed the shortcomings of financial software, clunky interfaces, confusing workflows, and products that hindered users. This experience motivated me to pursue design, leading me to earn an MA in User Experience Design from Falmouth University. Now, I collaborate with agencies and product teams to create human-centred software.
I’ve had the privilege of designing for notable companies such as Oracle, Prada, ATP Flight School, Easyship, and Systems Engineering Concept (a software provider to Airbus, Ørsted and other large manufacturing companies). My work encompasses user research, interaction design, and production-ready UI for products that must be both sophisticated and intuitive.
